This is the perfect base for all your adventures in the Rockies! The space The condo is 900 sq. ft. 1 bedroom, 1 den, 1.5 bath. It is fully renovated for your enjoyment! The living room/kitchen/dining area is open concept to maximize visiting time with your group. The unit gets great light. The deck is large, and the views are outstanding of the three sisters. It has a large, fully functional kitchen with eating bar. The living room is well appointed with seating and the couch pulls out for more sleeping options. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a large closet. The second bedroom/den is cozy but also boasts a queen size bed. 1 full bathroom with a unique set up of full bath/shower and additional stand up shower. Newly installed double sink allows for two guest to get ready simultaneously. The .5 bath is located immediately adjacent the front entry way for private business. Guest access Guests have full access to unit, as well as building amenities. These include 2 outdoor rooftop hot tubs, 1 indoor hot tub, and three gym areas. The indoor hot tub is located in the same building as condo, the rooftop hot tubs are in the adjacent buildings. BBQ/Washer and Dryer/etc. are fully available for guest use and are in-suite. Other things to note Hot Tubs- A booking system is used for the hot tubs to ensure the individual tubs do not get overloaded. We send out booking instructions prior to your stay with all the details. There are 3 separate hot tubs in the complex, two rooftop outdoor and one indoor.
