Located minutes from the village, Habitation Ajoupa will offer you tranquility and the gentle coolness of Northern Martinique. Its 3 independent bedrooms located on the 2nd floor overlook the Atlantic Ocean on one side and Mount Pelée on the other. Surrounded by its large gardens. The ground floor is occupied during the day by an association that does not have access to the upper garden or the pool. Guests have access to a kitchen. The space - The house is surrounded by crops (sugarcane, vegetable and horticultural crops). - The accommodation is eco-friendly, equipped with solar panels and water heater and natural ventilation (no air conditioning, louvre windows and fan if needed) Guest access The rooms are located on the 2nd floor, overlooking 2 large terraces, one with ocean views and the other with views of Mont Pelée. Access is also given to the gardens and pool. The first floor terrace is accessible for breakfast. Other things to note access to the premises is monitored by two cameras located on the terrace of the first floor and facing the two access staircases
