The house's decor is minimalist, all the lighting is LED, ecological, it has a solar heater and boiler, parking for 2 cars, it has 300 m^2 of green area and the TVs are SMART TVs, you can watch NetFlix or other things on the Internet. The space The room is completely private, with a shared bathroom. It is a very large space, with a king size bed, 52-inch SMART TV. You can also use the Netflix account. And a full bathroom is shared only on the dates of the balloon festival, you will have keys to the room as well as the front door of the house to enter and leave at the time you choose. Guest access The house has 4 levels, one of them is a drop or also known as a basement, in the drop is located the house gym, event room and lower garden of the house, where you can make use of the gym equipment, speakers, SMART TV, grill or barbecue to spend a pleasant moment such as a roast. On the first level is the main entrance, living room, dining room, kitchen, terrace, second garden and 1/2 bathroom. On the second level there is a second room and common area to enter the rooms, where your room is completely private, and on the third level is the terrace or roof of the house, where you have a 360° view, where you can observe a panoramic view of the city and all the nature that surrounds the house! And you can make use of all these benefits!
