Excellent drinking water as rain is UV filtered. Kayaks & paddle boards included at Hansen beach! ALL are welcome. The space 180 degree views over the sea and islands that change all day. Watch the sunrise from your bed and the milky way at night. Surrounded by forest yet HUGE views from every window and the massive deck. Guest access You have the entire top level of the villa, private parking, private deck, BBQ area, all amenities. Other things to note Your own laundry machines are en suite - and you get one load free per stay. Due to limited rain water, additional loads are $35. Includes laundry detergent! Renting a 4WD Jeep or SUV is required due to the steep and rugged topography of the island and villa location. All rental companies on St. John rent only the proper 4WD/AWD vehicles for the island.
