Ranch style Florida home in quiet residential area with automatic garage door opener, 2 car garage. Newly refurbished. 3 bed/2 bath (1 en-suite). Corner lot 5 min walk to shops. 1.5 hrs from Disney, Tampa, Daytona Beach. 45 min. from Gainesville (University of Florida). There are 2 security cameras in the house, located to keep track of who comes and goes in-between tenants. They are remotely disarmed upon check in. No smoking permitted on the premises (inside or outside). The space 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home. A king size bed in the master bedroom, queen size in 2nd bedroom and 2 twin beds in the 3rd. There will be laundry and cleaning supplies available as well as fresh towels, linens and toilet paper for your stay. There is also a kerug coffee machine and pods for your enjoyment. Patio furniture is stored in the garage and may be moved to the lanai should you wish to lounge outside in the fresh air. Guest access There is a code for the garage as well as the lockbox on the front door. These codes will be provided the day before check in. Other things to note Wifi is called spectrum and password is available on a sheet in the kitchen. Trash pick up is every Thursday morning.
