Come experience the simple joys of slowing down. 🌊✨ The space This property is located on a “dirt road”- you will cross a beach to get here. It can be rough at times -we have NO control over the road maintenance!! We do drive our car over this road and have no problems - If you do book.. just take your time and enjoy the view coming across the beach! Now that we got the dirt road behind us -You will enjoy a lovely view of St. George’s Bay right from the deck. If you're an early riser during fishing season, watch the boats head out for the day. The beach is just steps away, or take a 5-minute walk to Myettes Beach for the best sunsets. Prefer sunrises? Wake up early and enjoy the view from the deck with your morning coffee. We’ve embraced the best of the 90s—no WiFi, but we do have cell reception (tested with TELUS). Instead, enjoy our collection of VHS tapes, DVDs, board games, and outdoor stereo speakers for a true unplugged getaway. For our fur friends that shed, we ask no pets on any furniture** If you have dog allergies, then this might not be the spot for you - this location is pet friendly!! Dog gate for deck located in closet We recommend you catch the sunset on Myette's beach which is a short walk - We also get to enjoy the sunrise in the mornings from our deck! Also take a walk to the of the Island where all the locals fish and also a nice area to swim or explore We have hard water on the island; therefore we provide bottled water.
