The space This Victorian home was built in 1868 and has been designed to help you feel relaxed, refreshed, and recharged. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house, which includes 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There are two primary King bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a Queen, and a Bunk room that sleeps 3. In addition, there is a daybed that sleeps 2 when the trundle is pulled out and the legs unfolded to full height. The living room has two very large couches that can be used as beds. The house sleeps 13. There is a full, well-appointed kitchen and large dining room. An inviting front room/parlor awaits. A washer/dryer is available on premises for the convenience of our guests. Yard and fire pit shared with the Studio Cottage on property. Other things to note There is a patio with a fire pit for guests to enjoy. This is a nonsmoking property, however guests are permitted to smoke outside. All cigarette and cigar butts to be fully extinguished and placed in a trash receptacle. This is a pet friendly property. There is a $50 pet fee per stay that will be added to the room rate. A maximum of 2 dogs will be allowed. Guests are required to pick up their dog's waste during their stay. Due to some guests being allergic to cats, they will not be allowed.
