Centrally located in a lovely, serene neighborhood. 5 minutes from CityPlace Doral; 10 minutes from Miami Int'l Airport; 15 minutes from Beaches, Brickell/downtown, Wynwood, and Miami Design District. PETS OK! EXTRA $ FEE PER PET. MAX 2 PETS. The great thing about my cute and cozy guest suite is that it is centrally located. Just 10 minutes from the airport, 25 from the beaches, and 15 from Brickell/Downtown area. We also have a Laundromat just 3 minutes away by car or 10 minutes away if you walk. I have very high standards so when you check in the place will be spotless and very pleasing. The neighborhood is safe, calm, and very friendly. There is a tennis court near by and a park as well. You will have access to one parking space and your guest suite. If you have any special requests for parking please let me know before you book. Thanks! Our neighborhood is family friendly, it is safe with a police station just 5 minutes walking, they constantly patrol the neighborhood, there is also a tennis court, baseball field, and playground! Nearby you can find all your favourite take out restaurants as well as a grocery store, starbucks, and laundromat. There is also bus stops conveniently located in the neighborhood for those who would like to use public transport. There is free parking on the premises and there is also a bus stop located 5 minutes walking for those who would like to use public transport. There is everything you need within walking distance. We also have available a bicycle with a basket attached. It can be rented for an extra fee. Please note that all essentials including toilet paper, soap, etc are included upon arrival, however, guests are expected to purchase their own after exhausting what has been provided. Extended stay guests are expected to do their own laundry as their is no in-unit washer/dryer.
