The space The house is a 3 level townhouse designed in the Jellybean Style located in the heart of St. John’s know as Rabbit Town. Level 1 is the entrance with a queen bedroom. Level 2 contains a modern open concept kitchen, dining room, living room, half bath and laundry room. Off the living room is a small patio with patio furniture. Level 3 contains a master bedroom (King bed) ensuite bathroom, two bedrooms (double beds) and a shared full bathroom. Guest access Our guest have access to the whole house except the garage. Free Parking is on the rear of the building with parking for 2 vehicles. Other things to note PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING HST is included in nightly rental rate.
