Beautiful Guest House on private lot in San Diego County. Enjoy the use of pool, Jacuzzi, outdoor fire pit, and sand volleyball court. Centrally located in San Diego County. You have full use of private guest house with 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and bathroom. Enjoy the peace & tranquility this upscale property offers. Property owners live onsite in the main house, all common areas, pool, & spa are SHARED and have video, audio, & still images captured at discretion of owners. The space The guesthouse is located on a property where the owners live. It is spacious large country property. There are 2 guest houses on-site that are rented in addition to the main house that the owners live in. The pool and jacuzzi are not heated and can be enjoyed at the current temperature. Use of pool and jacuzzi are not guaranteed. Jacuzzi can only be heated if owners are available and at times it may not be heated. The jacuzzi is heated once daily. The use of propane heaters and fire pits is not allowed. A Woodfire pit can be used. Need to supply your own wood and need to physically stay with the fire at all times. Must hose down the fire pit completely when done. You assume all risks and consequences if you use the wood firepit. We will charge a $1000 fine if the fire pit is not hosed down after use as this is a safety issue and you will be responsible for any and all damage as a result of the fire. Pets are allowed but must be pre-approved by owners. Inquire about add’l pet fees. There are two guests houses on the property. Each guest house has 1 parking space. There is no street parking. Please let us know if you need to bring more than 1 car. The owners live on-site. All outdoor areas are shared. You do NOT have Exclusive use of the pool, jacuzzi, or outdoor space. It is a shared space with our family and friends. All outdoor activities and visits need to happen inside the guest house after 9.30pm. No outdoor visiting after 9:30. This is a very quiet upscale neighborhood and we don’t want neighbors disturbed by noise. Guest access All outdoor spaces are shared. Lower patio is for use of owners only unless prior written permission is provided. There are two vacation rentals on site in addition the main home that the owners live in. Guests are to walk 100 yards on bark and pavers and upstairs to access guest house. Park next to the garage on the brick area. Please do not block the driveway. You must be willing to walk a distance to the guest house over some uneven ground. When facing toward the main house they should go through the gate to the right side of the house. Guest will go through two gates and then make an immediate left and go up the stairs in front of the fountain to the guest house. Keys will be on the guesthouse table. Other things to note Owners may or may not be present. Owners reserve the right to be onsite or any where on the property at all times or not at all. Guest’s car is to be parked next to the garage on brick. Please do not block the driveway. There is one parking spot per reservation. There are no sidewalks In the street. Guests must be able to walk on uneven ground to get to the guest house. There are no refund. No exceptions! Do not reserve and then ask for a refund. We are not trying the be mean but when you reserve the guest house other guests opportunities to stay with us is now blocked during these dates. Pet is allowed with Prior written approval. Additional pet fee applies. Pets are not allowed into pool or jacuzzi. If pets accidentally falls in pool there will be an extra pool cleaning fee charged as our pool cleaning company will charge us extra. Guests are paying for the use of the guest house solely. Use of the pool and jacuzzi are not guaranteed. Jacuzzi may be heated if owners are available but guests should note due to energy restrictions and availability that they can use the pool and jacuzzi at the non heated temperature. Outdoor activities and pool/jacuzzi ends at 9pm as we live in a quiet neighborhood. Please be respectful. Use of gas firepit and heaters is only allowed with written permission and we reserve the right to not allow use. If you use these items you agree to refill the tank(s) you use and will provide a receipt showing the tanks were the refilled. No parties are allowed. No exceptions.
