The apartment is located in the HEART of the tourist area of Huatulco, it has an EQUIPPED KITCHEN and is surrounded by several options to eat or have a drink, or simply to go shopping. We are only 900 ft. from Chahue beach certified by BLUE FLAG (clean beach without pollution). We are located 300 ft. from the intersection of the CHAHUE boulevard (main access to Huatulco from the airport, with the Benito Juárez boulevard, which is the one that connects all the bays. Guest access We have FREE Wi-Fi practically throughout the building, there is also a pool in the building and a Pool table. You can store your car in a private parking lot, although the street is 100% safe. Other things to note HOUSE RULES ADDITIONAL GUESTS Our rate is calculated based on how many people will stay in the apartment, so at the time of booking you must define the correct number of people who will occupy the apartment. In case of not doing so, you must pay a fee of 350 pesos per guest per night for each of the people who exceed the amount declared when reserving. SCHEDULES Check-in and check-out can be done without personal contact (since the pandemic), but we would love for the administrator to receive them in a personalized way.
