LOCATION: Casa Olson sits on the BEST private beach in the entire Los Cabos Corridor. This spectacular 6-home PRIVATE COVE, nestled between Palmilla Norte and Palmilla Sur, was developed by the original owner of the Palmilla Hotel. This magnificent sandy beach with private surf spot, safe for swimming, is wonderful for couples and families alike. ON A SCALE OF 1-10, THIS LOCATION IS A 15! THE HOUSE: This 6,000 square foot Villa offers 6 bedrooms, each with private bath, plus a 7th guest bathroom. The main house includes two bedrooms, including the Master; four bedrooms have private entrances, separate from the main house. A gourmet kitchen, sprawling living room with satellite TV, cd/dvd, wi-fi and a large dining room and wet bar await your arrival. AMENITIES: This 1-acre estate boasts a large infinity pool, tiled jacuzzi, large pool terraces, beautiful Hawaiian style lawns and gardens, ping pong, billiard table, beach volley ball court and childrens' jungle gym playground. THE STAFF: The wonderful staff has been at Casa Olson for over 20 years. They are dedicated to making your vacation perfect in every respect. Maid service is included 6 days a week (excluding Sunday's) and the staff will prepare local favorites for breakfast and lunch, including appetizers (cost of food extra). Let them take care of you while you relax with soft music and a tropical drink and enjoy the breathtaking panoramic views of the Sea of Cortez. *Maid service on Sunday's can be available with prior request. WATER SPORT PACKAGE: New to Casa Olson is our water sports. We have 4 foam surf boards and 6 stand up paddle boards. The cost is $25 per day, per board. All boards will be waiting for you on the beach in the morning & will be put away for you in the evening. No prior request to rent is necessary. You can decide once you arrive. Please keep in mind, this home is not part of the Palmilla hotel and there is no golf or club privileges associated with Casa Olson.
