Private whole house rental Other things to note The villa has security for added safety, including alarm system and safe. 3 external (outdoor only) cameras. 1 aimed at front door and small front porch, 1 aimed at side of next door construction , and 1 aimed at back door. (only the back door is in view). Additionally neighborhood has security camera at round about aimed at our property, and patrols at night thru the neighborhood for your safety. Please note A/C is additional. Electric meter is read at check in and check out. We give a $30 daily credit (cumulative) towards reading. Difference in overage is charged after checkout at cost. At check in you must sign the form with the meter reading number--our property manager also shows you where the meter is so you can check yourself.
