The Village of Britannia is a peaceful “community” of villas and is a terrific place to stay with the family. The Villas are more economical and more fun than hotel rooms, but still have similar amenities of resorts in Cayman Islands. There is plenty of space for the family to spread out and the children can have their own bedrooms. With unobstructed views of the expansive garden, from its own private patio, you can relax and enjoy outside dining. The space The living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, Master bedroom with large ensuite bathroom, plus two further guest bedrooms and bathrooms, are all located on the ground floor level. Guest access Britannia is ideally located a short walk away from award-winning restaurants and duty-free shopping at live-work-play development Camana Bay, as well as easy access to the world-famous Seven Mile Beach, via a safe and convenient pedestrian pathway. There are two options for walking to the beach. The shorter walk includes crossing West Bay Road, which provides pedestrian paths. There is also the Camana Bay pedestrian bridge which is just a little longer of a walk, as it takes you over the roadway. Other things to note Please note that this unit is located in a quiet and safe residential area, therefore, no parties are allowed and all guests must respect the quiet hours (9 PM to 8 AM). We kindly ask our guests to keep noise to a minimum during your stay. Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in penalties and even cancellation of your reservation.
