Cozy Cottage on the Pond

Ideally located in Central Newfoundland, you can take day trips to Gander, GFW, Twillingate or catch an early ferry to Fogo Island or Change Islands and be back at the cottage by evening.Located 15 min. from Lewisporte, you can drop down to shop/bank etc. We are located next to the Trans Can.Trail Ways which is great for ATV use, walking, running or salmon fish on the river bridge which is less than 1/2 km away. We are also 2km from Notre Dame Park, which has a great swimming and picnic beach. The space Indian Arm Pond is a large lake ideal for fishing and canoeing. It has many islands where outdoor enthusiasts can find unique areas to swim and picnic. The area has 26 cottages where all owners make great neighbours. It is very quiet and private. Our cottage is surrounded by trees which gives it much privacy. It's a great place to turn off electronics and get close to nature, Guest access Guests are permitted to access all areas of the property. There is lots of parking area. Other things to note The nearest services, groceries, water, gas, banking etc. is fifteen minutes away. Guests must make sure they are self-sufficient when they arrive.
