House both has ceiling fans I ac in front bedroom , 1 bathroom with ceiling fan and large standing floor fan , air conditioned living and dining area that has a pull-out sofa bed.too The Kitchen is equipped with gas stove, microwave, toaster, double door refrigerator and a large trough style sink. Wifi and cable tv included. solar hot water tank Guest access This is a multi level house.
