You're going to love being 5 minutes from downtown, 10 minutes from midtown, and just a short walk to the beltline and the best breweries Atlanta has to offer. Whether you're here for work and need peace and quiet (& blazing fast fiber wifi) or you're coming to paint the town, our place is for you. and features a full kitchen, AC, and porch to relax on. The entrance to the home is down our driveway. The space The cottage is 550 square feet, feels so much larger than that. There is more than enough space to eat, entertain and relax in this custom-built guest home. Note: We have a toddler and a well-behaved dog who live in the main home with us. They won't bother you, but you'll see them from time to time. Guest access You have access to the entire guest home including the front and back porch attached to the guest home.
