Welcome to our tiny guest cottage hidden in the heart of the city. It's within blocks of restaurants, coffee shops, an art movie house, and a lovely river walk. The Lace House/Governor’s Mansion, business district, MiLB & UofSC are a short walk or bike ride away. At the rear of our home, it’s private, secure & quiet. A partition & movable screen separate the bathroom area. There’s a smart tv, small fridge, microwave, coffeemaker & work-table.24 hr self check-in. The space The cottage, yard, and garden are all available for your relaxation. Out front is our lighted 150 year old oak. We’ve just added a smart tv for your own personal streaming services and done even more remodeling touches we think you’ll like. Other things to note Parking is on the street which is the norm this close to downtown and safe for you and your vehicle. We also have a satellite city police station 1 block over.
