Cugach Landing

Our unique space is ideally located 5 minutes from the airport, A two minute walk to a grocery store, and very close to Kincaid Park (a beautiful network of walking, biking and cross county ski trails). To make your stay comfortable our Airbnb is outfitted with high in appliances, custom decor and internet. Our goal is for every guest to enjoy a truly relaxing home away from home experience. The space Chugach Landing is a mother in-law like apartment built over a garage. It is completely independent with a private entrance and deck. It is fully supplied. There is a smart TV to access your personal Netflix etc accounts and games for entertainment. A washer and dryer is within the home. It is close to the airport, grocery store and public bus transportation, you don’t have to go far to get to what you need. Guest access Chugach Landing has a private deck to enjoy your morning coffee on and view the mountains. Also a designated parking spot for your vehicle is conveniently located directly in front of the private stairwell leading up to the front door of the Airbnb. Other things to note We provide white bathroom towels and sheets. If you need to wash any of these items during your stay we ask that you wash them separately from other dark items to prevent fading and staining. Sometimes things happen during a stay. If any sheets or towels get a stain that wont come out with normal washing, please reach out to us so we may properly stain treat them and provide you with replacements. Also if a spill happens on the carpet or rugs please let us know as soon as possible for us to stain treat them. You will not be charged for this service. Many times we can prevent permanent damage that would incur a charge.
