Beautiful waterfront location with sunrise views, floor to ceiling glass doors, and a large wrap around private balcony. Steps away from the beach, pool, and dockside restaurant. Perfect getaway home for some R&R in the Caribbean. The space The best part about our condo (in my opinion) is the 300 sq ft private balcony that wraps around the entire unit, along with the floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors, so you always have a wonderful view of the ocean. The balcony looks over Water Bay and you will have beautiful sunrise views of St John and Tortola every morning while you sit on the balcony and enjoy breakfast or a cup of coffee. Originally, part of the resort’s owner’s suite, the condo overlooks, and is also the closest to the pool, beach, and onsite restaurant, so you have the perfect mix of peacefulness, but are just a few steps away from anything you might need to get to during your stay. There is a fully equipped kitchen (including an oven) for anyone who likes to cook while they are on vacation. Relaxing dinners in the home overlooking the ocean on a warm night is one of our favorite things to do. The bedroom has a king sized bed and shutter doors that close it off making it private from the rest of the unit if you like. There is also a queen sized pull out sofa in the living room that is very convenient and comfortable. The place comfortably fits four people and all linens, etc are included for you during your stay. *Please see reviews on our unit next door - OCEANFRONT APT WITH PRIVATE BALCONY - this unit can also be adjoined via the balconies if you are looking for a unit to host 6-8 people. Guest access There is free wifi in the condo, a flat screen tv with cable (and dvd player) and also convenient on-site laundry if you need. The pools are shared but your balcony is 100% private and for your use only throughout your stay. Other things to note Discover the spectacular beaches surrounding the resort! Stroll down to Pineapple Beach, or take an adventurous walk through the resort’s nature trail to the secluded Sugar Beach. The resort’s 15-acre island preserve also includes three pools with sun decks, nestled on the hillside. The resort is conveniently located - only 9 miles from the airport, 6 miles from Charlotte Amalie, and 3 miles from the town of Red Hook, where ferry service is available to St. John and other Virgin Islands. the condo is also located just five minutes away from Lindquist Beach.
