Tiny homes in Gainesville

Newly constructed tiny house that's both right in the heart of Gainesville, FL and an oasis in the woods. A quarter mile off a main city road brings you to your beautiful, secluded tiny home. You can get away from the bright lights and noisy traffic yet stay close to everything, including UF, Santa Fe College and Gainesville airport. Lots of shops, restaurants and grocery stores are 3 minutes away. Come enjoy your stay in Gainesville here! Guest access Guests can access the driveway and will be given the location of the key to enter the home. There is a designated fire pit for the use of guests. Other things to note The tiny house is located on the property of the home we currently live in so you may see us from time to time :) Also we airbnb another unit on this property near the tiny house. We use an instant hot water heater for the tiny house so I suggest turning the shower to warm instead of hot so that the water comes out at a more steady temperature. If not it can sometimes fluctuate between hot and cold. Also please note that you must be able to climb a ladder to reach the bed.
