The space Within 15 miles, there are over 25 lakes and 100's of Hiking as Snowmobile and Snowshoe trails. Additionally, there are ATV rental spots that allow for recreational riding throughout designated areas. The area is one of the top ski destinations in America, and an international destination that receives millions of visitors every year and now a Network mountain with Aspen. The master bedroom and Recreation rooms overlook Lake Crowley, Obsidian Mountain Range to North and the Nevada Sierra range to the East and has a locking private entrance. All guests have a private entrance away from full-time host's dwelling area that reside on the upper level. Fully furnished with accomodations. Guest access As a guest choosing to rent out the entirety of the downstairs you will have full access to the recreational room and the 3 private bedrooms. The Recreation room contains a full size Refrigerator/Freezer, Convection Microwave; Cooktop burners; Large screen TV with Race communications. Large Screen TV with hundreds of channels; Surround sound speakers; High speed internet; WIFI; Pool table; Sofa and chairs; Outdoor porches with seating and swing that overlooks the beautiful view of Lake Crowley. Home is situated adjacent to a year round Natural running mountain Spring emitting from the high siera Mountain rising above us to the immediate south. During your stay The host can be reached by cell phone or intercom speaker located in recreational room. Host is seldom downstairs and is usually within the upper unit or within close proximity to the property. Other things to note Homeowner's Association only permits a 30day stay. The downstairs level has a no pet policy, and there is no pet hair downstairs. However, please note that they host upstairs have a mature Savannah kitty and very sweet trained German Shepard that does not bark at the home and she is very sweet. Both do not come in contact with the downstairs living areas.
