The space The luxury penthouse has 3 floors and you can enter on every floor with the elevator. It’s a huge penthouse which has around 400 qm and you have your own jacuzzi on the rooftop, your private bbq area and bar with pool billiard. The amazing view over Santo Domingo you can enjoy in the jacuzzi or between the beautiful plants on the rooftop. Down in the building is a security and around the building are many restaurants, bars, supermarkets and mini markets which deliver to your penthouse and big malls ( Blue mall, Acropolis center etc.) The area is very safe and beautiful. You also are able to book extra your daily cleaner and chef who prepare you delicious Dominican food. The penthouse has in every bedroom and living room ventilation which is pretty strong and also air conditioner is in bedroom 1 and bedroom 2 and in the living room . Bedroom 4 is on the second floor which has also a ventilation and air conditioner. Bedroom 3 is on the 10th floor with a beautiful view over Santo Domingo because it’s on the roof top section by the jacuzzi area. Bedroom 4 is a big open room without door with a sleeping sofa, bathroom, pool billiard and bar . Bedroom 5 is the master bedroom which has a king size bed and 1 single bed.
