Featuring 9-foot ceilings, an open floor plan, and large bedrooms, this 2200 square foot home provides abundant space for relaxing indoors. There are four decks and a cobblestone patio for your outdoor enjoyment. Extensive gardens cover the ¾ acre property revealing succulents, statuary, mosaics, raised veggie beds, dozens of fruit trees, lots of bird species, and meandering paths jam-packed full of surprises. KITCHEN ~ Salvaged Italian marble from the Petaluma Vintage Bank Antiques building (circa 1926) was one of our greatest finds! Enjoy your meals in the formal dining room, on the back deck al fresco, or at the kitchen island ~ lots of possibilities. Fully equipped with cookware, dining ware, utensils, etc. (Toaster, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, blender, dishwasher, and lots of cookbooks.) Amenities: coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper, cooking oil, napkins, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, kitchen towels, etc. LIVING ROOM ~ Large flat screen TV with Roku and Netflix, DVD player (plays regular DVD’s as well as blueray), HDMI cable for your device, high speed internet with Wi-Fi. Board games, and novels. BEDROOMS ~ The master bedroom has a brand new California King mattress and pillows! The headboard was a San Francisco Victorian doorway. Adjoining walk-in closet. The other 2 bedrooms have queen size beds and closets. All 3 bedrooms have ceiling fans and sitting areas. BATHROOMS ~ The Mission tiles were reclaimed from an estate in the town of Sonoma. One bathroom has a walk-in shower and separate porcelain bathtub. The other has a full tub/shower. Amenities: hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath and hand towels, washcloths, facial tissue. OTHER AMENITIES ~ Extra blankets, laundry room with washer, dryer, detergent, iron, ironing board. Also, we leave the porch lights on the day of your arrival in case you arrive after dark. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house and gardens. Other things to note Please watch your step in the gardens, as there are uneven steps and paths. There are also nearby families with children in the area so there could be some noise from children.
