Gated private golf cart comunity 5 minute walk to the beach, hotel, restaurants and mall. Next to tennis club where there is a gym that can be used at a cost. 2 world class golf courses. Prices listed are negotiable depending on number of guests. ***The additional cost for more than 2 guests only applies to adults. For 2 adults and 2 children the price will be the daily price The space Large living and dinning rooms area, there are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and laundry downstairs, and the other bedroom, as well as the reading room and the second bathroom are on the street level. It is a 3 levels house and the downstairs floor. Although I prefer no more than 3 adults guests, it is fine for a family of 2 adults and 2 children for example. Regarding more guests, please always contact me first. Guest access Besides the beach, Palmas del Mar has many walking and bike riding areas, golf, tennis and catamaran tours to Vieques Island available, as well as great dining. Other things to note There is a hose outside to wash the sand off before going in the house and specially before taking a shower. There is a microwave oven in the kitchen ( I don´t find where to add it in the amenities listed) Beach towels are not included.
