Waterfront retreat with heated pool and boat dock

This lovely, newly remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bath water-front home is situated on a private oasis-like retreat in the middle of a wildlife preserve. Whether you are fishing from the 50-foot seawall (dock up to 2 boats), swimming in the heated fully-screened pool, kayaking into King's Bay right outside our canal hanging out with manatees, or boating in the Gulf of Mexico, there is something for everyone. This house sleeps 10 and is fully set up for a perfect vacation. The space Outdoor life is easy here with our fully screened in heated pool and 50 foot sea wall dock. If you enjoy your coffee or drinks at the waterfront, be sure to watch for the manatees and dolphins that like to cruise our canal. This home is in a nature preserve so you can see all kinds of wildlife. This home has a fully equipped kitchen. We are pleased to provide you with a gourmet coffee maker that takes k-cup and Nespresso compatible pods and a fully stocked coffee station. Other amenities include a wide selection of chef's favorite pots and pans and a grill by the pool. The living space includes a dining room with seating for 8 and additional seating at the kitchen island. There is a living room with walls of glass that overlook the waterfront and the back yard. The two futon couches fold out into full beds for additional sleeping space. The master bedroom has a king bed, plenty of storage, and a beautiful en suite bathroom with an oversized shower. The second bedroom has two queen size beds and a very large closet. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and a full closet. There is a shared guest bathroom with two vanities and a gorgeous walk-in fully tiled shower. There is a spacious laundry room with high capacity machines. Please note that both bathrooms have standup showers and there is no bathtub in this home. There are smart TVs in each bedroom and in the living room and all can be used to access your subscription services for streaming. The home has free wifi but here is no cable TV. For an unforgettable vacation, out on the river, just grab one of the kayaks (at least 1 single and 1 double are provided for you to borrow) and paddle 2 minutes to get into King's Bay where beautiful crystal clear Springs are all around. Dolphins and manatees are know to come right through our canal! Crystal River is known for the outdoor activities like fishing, boating and scalloping, kayaking and swimming with the manatees. But on land, there are also wonderful activities like visiting the local artisan shops, and eating at great food. There are many local sightseeing adventures nearby too. And, in under two hours, you can even be in Orlando at the theme parks. Our canal has a wide swing in the depth of the water for high and low tide. A deep hulled boat will be difficult to navigate and a high fixed tower may not e able to get under the bridge. Flat bottom boats, like pontoons and skiffs are going to be most appropriate in this canal. The boat lift is not maintained and is not available for use. Guest access You have full access to the entire house, yard, pool and all property features. The garage is not available for renter use. The boat lift is not functional and not available for use. The pool is heated but the temperature is limited to 10-15 degrees warmer than air temperature on colder days. We have a 240 volt outlet on the outside of the house that is appropriate for charging an electric vehicle. You do need to bring an appropriate charging cord. Other things to note Please note that this house does not have a bathtub. Both bathrooms are equipped with spacious and beautifully tiled showers.
