Yewande and Steve’s Place; Fully Furnished Suite

This is a beautiful fully furnished, very cozy and cute legal basement suite in Parsons Creek area of Fort McMurray. This suite has its own private and separate entry, unlimited high speed internet, extra large one bedroom with king size bed with walk-in closet and a pull out bed in the living room. Guests have a parking spot on the property at the back through the alley or can park on the street. Very easy access to HWY 63 N if you’re going to the oil sites or HWY 63 S. The space Located in a new, family oriented part of town, about 5 minutes drive to shopping, restaurants, bars and gas station. The kitchen is fully furnished with coffee maker and coffee supplies and there will be a jug of filtered water to welcome our guests The living room / kitchen combo has very comfortable pull out couch that can turn into sleeping bed, a dining table that is collapsible or expandable, a 50” Roku smart TV and internet access Full bathroom with towels, shampoos, soap and cleaning supplies Washer / dryer that can be used for a small fee, ironing board with iron for your convenience. We are always excited to personally welcome our guests and hand over the keys, however our guests can also check themselves in, if that’s their preference, using our lockbox system.
