This RV pad is a newly finished grass area that will accommodate up to 35’ trailer, second site 27’. Sites located on the same property as a single family home. The sites include full hookups including water, sewer, 30/50 amp, wifi in an area as there is no cell service. Site includes fire pit, parking in a quiet area close to all amenities including beach, golf, tennis, pickle ball, walking & hiking. Pets only allowed if quiet and able to stay in site area to respect neighbors. The space Guests have a designated RV area. Guest access Driveway is a bit steep, 4x4 to back is necessary if trailer is heavy or motorhomes. Other things to note No tenting, There is limited Internet 6 MPs for communication not downloading.
