Oceanview Townhouse is a three bedroom, two bathroom spacious unit that sleeps 8 comfortably. It's the perfect place to stay in Seward! This stylish townhouse is located between the harbor and downtown, making it an easy venture to restaurants, shopping and most attractions. As our guest, we're here to help you explore Seward and Kenai Fjords National Park, offering discounts on many tours in the area! The space The upper level boasts a rich, open living space with a full kitchen, laundry, full bathroom, and dining area. Enjoy drinks or grilling on the cozy outdoor deck. The upper level bedroom features a King bed and includes a view of Mt. Marathon and a walk-in closet. The lower level is perfect for up to 6 more guests as you come down into a second full bathroom and two more bedrooms: one with three twin beds and the other with one queen and one twin. Parking is available right in front of the unit. The garage is not accessible for guests. Guest access Guests have full access to everything on property. No parking in the garage. It is a townhouse with a shared wall, so you may experience noise from neighbors. Other things to note No parking in the garage. We do encourage guests to refrain from cooking fish inside the unit; however, we do provide a grill for outdoor cooking of your local catch. We do not allow processing of fish on property.Unfortunately, the ocean view that once was (the townhouse's namesake) has become shielded due to growing trees. However, it's still got a wonderful mountain view and the ocean front is a couple of short blocks away.
