Close to Marina and downtown, this is a quiet resort that is very relaxing, no late night loud partying is permitted. Almost 1800sf condo 24hr staff at resort, I am also available by email or text 5-10 minute walk to downtown and Marina. Private 1 mile beach on pacific tip of Baja Ground Taxi, water Taxi, Uber,car rentals, pedi-taxi, sometimes horse and carriage, can walk to most places There are nightly fees paid to the resort $17.50 1-2 persons $22.50 3-4 persons $27.50 5 people The one timecleaning fee is $35 paid directly to the resort at check out along with the resort fee's. At check in when you get the key to the Condo you will leave your credit card. You may also pay in cash but will leave a credit card like at any hotel for incidentals or food/drinks at the restaurant/bar.
