AC is not needed here, as the nice fresh breeze is blowing over the lake, keeping the temperature cool throughout the year. The house is completely self-sustainable generating its own electricity through solar panels and water through a professional water filter system. The 3 Bedrooms + 1 Mezzanine. And two Sofabeds in the living room. The bedrooms come with King Size Beds and Private ensuite Bathrooms. Free WIFI is available throughout the villa. The Villa has a very warm atmosphere with modern elegant wooden furniture mixed with local details. Enjoy the outdoor terrace, the stunning mountain and lake view. Go for a swim in the private infinity pool or enjoy some typical Dominican Food prepared by our chef (for a small additional fee). The Villa also comes with a Spacious garden, Palapa, Sunbeds and we'd be happy to organize activities such as Horseriding, Mountain biking, Yoga Clases, Kayaking, Paddle Board, WaterBike, Jet Ski rentals, Lake Access, Helicopter Transfers, etc Guest access Guests have private access to the complete villa.
