Please be advised that the Lazy River is closed for renovations from Feb 1, 2025 until the end of April 2025 and the tennis courts are closed for renovations. The space Come and discover Loiza Puerto Rico from a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom second floor (for added privacy) apartment, in a gated community. Loiza has been relatively untouched by tourism and is a very culturally rich town. This family friendly community has all the amenities that your family can use. The complex features 5 pools, (one has a small water park that runs on weekends) 5 hot tubs, plus a lazy river, 2 half basketball courts, mini golf, tennis and beach volleyball courts. We rented in Aquatika for years before we bought and feel we know what is needed to appreciate all the activities and we provide it! We provide tennis rackets and balls, putters and golf balls, soccer ball, basketball, pool noodles, goggles, beach chairs, coolers and a beach cart….we could go on…but you get it. It is perfect for families or 3 couples. The beach is so private and the grounds are meticulous. Come and discover why these Canadians fell in love with Puerto Rico and if you are Puerto Rican, please know we are honoured to be a part of the community and we would love to be your hosts. Guest access You will have access to the entire property: 5 pools, hot tubs, private beach access, tennis courts, basketball court, beach volleyball, grills, soccer field, and mini golf. Other things to note 1. The Aquatika Condominium has a strict access control policy to the facilities and VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED. The maximum number of names/guests allowed per stay is 8. Please make sure that your number of guests on the reservation matches the number of names that are submitted. Once the names are sent to the Administration, changes or additions are not allowed. 2. For your stay we offer some bathroom and kitchen items to start your vacation. It is the guest's responsibility to replenish these items as they become depleted during their stay. 3) Please note you may experience power outages during your stay due to the nature of Puerto Rico’s electrical system. Back-up generators are not allowed in the Aquatika complex. There are flashlights and candles located in the unit for your convenience in the case of power outages. The water supply outages are also possible due to droughts or other municipal water challenges. Also, please note that the Caribbean is prone to hurricane and powerful storm activity. Although Hurricane / Tropical storm season runs from June – November, serious storms may occur at any time of year. As host, we will work to make sure your stay remains as comfortable and relaxing as possible, however refunds will not be issued in these instances as we have no control over these issues. Please be sure to purchase trip insurance/protection accordingly. 4) Please note that the Lazy River is closed for renovations from Feb 2025 until the end of April 2025. 5) Please note that the Tennis Courts are closed for renovations.
