Montane Lodge Suite with trails out your door

Join us at Montane Lodge located in Fernie's newest Mountain Community; only footsteps away from Montaine's amazing biking/hiking and XC ski trail network & conveniently close to Historic downtown. Our new home was constructed in 2017 & our guests have a private, separate ground level suite complete with a full bathroom, entrance and large bedroom with dining area. We are only a 20 min walk or 5 min bike ride to downtown & a 10-15 min drive to the ski hill. The space Please Note: We are following strict cleaning and disinfecting protocols due to Covid-19. Access to our laundry room is available on request as it is our personal space we will need sufficient notice to ensure it is clean & free of our items. While additional soundproofing has been done to prevent noise transfer there is potential for noise as we live upstairs and have one school aged child. We will always do our best to keep the noise to a minimum to respect our guests. Montane subdivision is new and still being developed so there is active construction in the area during regular business hours. There is direct access to cross country ski or bike trails right from your door. We do have an outdoor/indoor cat which we keep out of the suite and despite our best efforts to keep our home allergen free some pet dander may be present in the HVAC system. Street parking is not permitted in the neighbourhood.
