Anchored 20 freet up in the air, the Tuscany tree house can accommodate up to 4 adults with a private queen bedroom and queen sleeper sofa. It also includes expansive windows, a full bathroom with hot shower, large screen TV, queen bed, all linens and kitchenette facilities. A private hot tub is even included on the front deck area. The space 392 square feet and anchored 20 feet above the ground anchored by 2 Poplars, a White Oak, and a Red Maple. Sleeps up to 4 adults in a Queen bedroom and sleeper sofa. A 38-foot cable bridge leads you to door and into your deluxe, above ground haven. Front deck area with hot tub and back deck area complete with gas grill and outdoor patio area Expansive windows and beautiful decks let you observe nature up close and personal while you relax and listen to nature’s soundtrack Features a bathroom with hot shower and towels, queen-sized bed with linens, ultra high inverter heating/cooling system, a refrigerator, sink, 2-burner hot plate, coffee pot, toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher, kitchenware, and a large screen TV/DVD with Dish Network. Extra amenities include: coffee, filters, sugar, creamer and paper products for your convenience Other things to note We require a two night minimum stay during our peak seasons. *A 12% management fee will be added to each reservation to cover West Virginia State Sales Tax and Fayette County Lodging Taxes as required by law.
