Description

Welcome to our relaxing home near Cuernavaca! Perfectly located by a peaceful golf course and close to beautiful wedding venues. Whether you’re here to celebrate or unwind, enjoy your own private pool, patio, Wi-Fi, and TVs (with internet access where available). Solar-heated pool included for your comfort. The space The house has three bedrooms (1 king bed + 1 double sofa bed, 1 king bed, and 2 queen beds) and three bathrooms. Each bedroom is thoughtfully equipped with air conditioning (subject to normal functionality) and a smart TV. Between the rooms, there is a small living room with another double sofa bed, ideal for extra guests. The house features an open-plan layout with two separate living areas, a large dining room that comfortably seats all guests, and a breakfast dining area in the kitchen. The house is thoughtfully prepared to offer the same comfort and style shown in the listing photos, though minor updates or adjustments may occasionally occur to maintain the quality of the home. We may provide basic toiletries, some bath towels, and include a final cleaning fee in the price for your convenience. Private Pool: The pool is solar-heated at no extra cost. An alternative gas heater may be available for an additional fee of 250 MXN per hour to cover fuel expenses but not guaranteed. Our maintenance staff will manage the operation for you if you choose this option. We recommend heating the pool for 6–8 hours on the first day and 3–4 hours on consecutive days depending on the season and weather. TVs and Streaming: Some TVs in the house are enabled for internet streaming (Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.), while others may have limited app compatibility due to device updates. Guests are expected to use their own streaming accounts to access content where available. Parking: The garage can accommodate up to three large vehicles. Additional parking is available on the safe, surveilled street in front of the property. Family Environment: This house is intended strictly for family holidays or relaxed weekend getaways. Events, parties, or loud gatherings are not permitted. Failure to observe house rules, or any disturbance caused in the community, may result in penalty fees of up to 10,000 MXN. Guest access Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire house, including all bedrooms, living areas, kitchen, dining area, outdoor patio, and the private pool. Please note that, for safety and operational reasons, the following areas are restricted and not available for general guest use: The gas pool heater, which can only be operated by our maintenance team upon request. The service room and certain closets designated for owner storage. Regarding the washer and dryer: These appliances are currently undergoing maintenance and are not offered for regular use. However, accommodations may be made for longer stays or special situations upon prior request and subject to availability. Thank you for respecting these spaces and helping us maintain the property in excellent condition. Other things to note There is a small local grocery shop nearby where you can find most essential items. For larger shopping needs, there is a Walmart and a Chedraui about 10 minutes away near the Cuernavaca DIEZ exit, along the Mexico-Acapulco highway. Next to these stores, you’ll find Plaza Solaz, a convenient shopping centre offering a selection of restaurants, fast-food options, and a Cinépolis movie theater. Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the nearby golf course, with full course access (including caddy, cart, and equipment) available for approximately $1,800 MXN. A half-course option is also available at half price. Within the development, there is a local restaurant open all day offering casual dining, and at the entrance, you can find food stands from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, serving cecina tacos, chicken, and quesadillas. The Rojo Azafrán wedding venue is also located at the entrance, featuring a Thai fusion menu. As a bonus, you can enjoy complimentary access to the boutique hotel's pool when dining at their restaurant. In addition to the private pool at the house, guests are welcome to access the Club’s pool when dining at the on-site restaurant, except during bank holidays or "puentes." The area is known for its beautiful wedding venues, including Rojo Azafrán, Club de Golf Santa Fe, Hacienda de Chiconcuac, Jardín Finca Paraíso, Jardín Bugambilias, and Hacienda San Antonio — perfect for guests attending events. For sightseeing, several major attractions are about a 30-minute drive away: Tequesquitengo (lakeside activities) Zoofari (wildlife park) Grutas de Cacahuamilpa (caves) Xochicalco (archaeological site) Other destinations like Taxco, Tepoztlán, and Las Estacas natural park are approximately an hour away by car. We highly recommend visiting Tía Licha in Burgos for delicious seafood, or enjoying stuffed arrachera potatoes at El Rey, either in Solaz or Averanda. The Averanda shopping mall and Cuernavaca downtown area are about a 35-minute drive from the property. Disclaimer: This is a privately managed vacation home intended for family holidays and relaxing getaways. We take great care to maintain the property, appliances, and amenities in good working condition and prepare the house thoughtfully for each guest. However, due to the frequent use of the house, natural environmental factors, and the nature of short-term rentals, occasional minor wear or variations in appliance performance may occur. The washer and dryer are available but currently undergoing maintenance, so their use may be limited. Please note that the use of sunscreen, oils, and temperature changes may occasionally affect the appearance of the pool water, despite regular professional cleaning and maintenance. Given the tropical environment surrounding the property, it is also possible to encounter insects both outdoors and occasionally indoors. Their presence does not reflect a lack of cleanliness or fumigation but rather the natural ecosystem of the area. While we make every effort to ensure your stay is comfortable, unexpected external events such as temporary electricity shortages, storms, water supply interruptions, or sudden technical failures are beyond our control. Should any unexpected issues arise during your stay, our local maintenance team is available during regular working hours to assist to the best of their ability. Please note that we sometimes provide complimentary items such as tea, coffee, basic toiletries, and kitchen essentials as a courtesy. However, these are not guaranteed and are not part of the rental agreement. The house is rented as-is and guests are responsible for providing any additional consumables they may require during their stay. Please be aware that the host manages the property remotely from a different time zone and will be available for non-urgent matters within reasonable hours. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to make your experience enjoyable. Important: The cleaning fee covers standard preparation of the property before your arrival and normal resetting after your departure. We kindly ask that guests leave the house in a reasonable condition, similar to how it was found. Excessive mess, rubbish left in the pool or outdoor areas, or damage beyond normal use may result in additional cleaning or damage charges in accordance with Airbnb policies.
