Historic Boulder Neighborhood

Located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, our home, which has a dolphin sculpture out front, offers a lovely, spacious room with an amazing view.Nestled below the Flatiron Mountains, you are only moments away from the Pearl Street Mall shopping/dining district and the University. The Boulder Creek Trail is within walking distance. Running, biking, fishing and tubing are fun local activities.Your privacy is respected but we are here to answer questions and ensure your are comfortable and happy. The space Our home is next to the Rocky Mountains and within walking /biking distance to everything. 3/4 Mile to downtown, 1.25 miles to cu campus, 2 blocks to hiking trails, 17 miles to skiing (.5 mile to catch local ski bus). Quiet, large room (360 square feet) with attached private 1/2 bath. The shower is downstairs. Adjacent to your room is a balcony that overlooks flagstaff mountain! Beautiful!! Street parking and bicycle storage available. In addition to the long, queen bed, we have a small bed, which you can use as a couch or short, twin bed. There is Mitsubishi heater/ac in the room for your comfort. There is a desk which you can work or write. If you need to wash/dry your clothes, ask us and we can do it for you. Please do not wash them yourself. Guest access We have a code pad to enter the house. Limited kitchen use. No cooking, but can use our refrigerator and microwave. During your stay We live full time in this house and welcome guests to come and go as they wish. We are available to answer questions if needed. Other things to note Please remove your shoes upon entering the house. Feel free to enjoy the front patio to relax in nature and enjoy the mountains while eating or drinking.There is also a patio outside your room you can use as long as you don’t talk loudly since we are in a quiet neighborhood.
