Brand New Rice Village House

This house was 100% renovated (to-the-studs renovation completed in April 2021) to meet the needs of a busy family. It's extremely convenient to Rice University (3 blocks), the Houston Medical Center (< 1 mile) NRG Stadium (1.5 miles), Rice Village (3 blocks), museums (1.5 miles) and much more. Gated parking for stays of 1 week or longer, otherwise there is one off-street space in front of the gate; keyless entry with a code. We look forward to hosting you this summer! The space The house is a 1930s former duplex that we took to the studs to convert into a single family home. It has the character of an older home with the cleanliness and ease of care of a new build. Guest access Guests have access to the entire main house, yard, and front parking area.
