Our guests have rated us 5 stars for several aspects but especially because we pay extreme attention to the hygiene and quality of the bedding we use The space The house has 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, air conditioning, and a smart TV room so you can log in to your favorite platforms with your account. The entertainment areas (swimming pool, jacuzzi, sundeck, garden, portable grill, terrace table with umbrella) are at your complete disposal to enjoy absolute privacy in a family atmosphere with a maximum capacity of 6 people. IMPORTANT: NO PETS The pool water is heated automatically every day. Because it works on a solar basis and this depends on the weather, it is important to consider that when it is cloudy or on cold winter nights, the water temperature may not reach the ideal temperature. However, it is located in the hottest area of Morelos. Guest access Located in an exclusive residential area within the Hotel Camino Sumiya subdivision, very close to event halls and gardens. There are no convenience stores within the subdivision, but the nearest ones are 5 minutes away. If you don't want to leave the house, with your Uber or Rappi apps, you can request delivery service from all supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants or fast food. We do not have a cook or daily cleaning service, but a service room with bathrooms (no bed) is available upon request. Other things to note 1. The maximum capacity is six people between adults and children. NO PETS: 2. The pool has automatic solar heating and depends on the weather to reach the ideal temperature, reached almost all year round; but in winter, it is usually cooler and does NOT have gas boiler-based support facilities. However, it stands out for being located in the hottest area of Morelos. 3. Please read the house rules; I will ask you to have done so before confirming your reservation. 4. The house is located in a subdivision with a guardhouse and scheduled surveillance patrols. To grant access without delay, a government-issued ID is required, which you must send me days before your arrival.
