Start your day with morning coffee as the sun rises over the Sierra Madres and makes its’ shimmery pathway across the bay; then end it with a velvety smooth nightcap & the lights of Puerto Vallarta, Nuevo Nayarit & Bucerias dancing all around the bay. Occasionally, fireworks light up the night sky with fantastic displays, as if saying “you are somewhere very special.. enjoy.) The main casa has 3 King bedrooms: a main floor master with ensuite bath and 2 guest rooms on the pool level, with shared bath (dual sinks, walk-in shower). Poolside rooms open to a covered patio and the gorgeous infinity pool! All bedrooms have a/c, quality linens and breezy tropical decor. A few steps from the pool is a lovely little rock & cactus wine/beer garden. Perfect spot to relax by the beach, or go down onto the sand to collect shells, take a dip or beach walk (just 12 minutes to La a cruz Marina). A FEW THINGS … New jetties along this beach created gorgeous “lagoon” areas, with some nice places for swimming as well as shell collecting and watching local fishermen gather oysters, and families play in the water on weekends. Turtles are seen occasionally and whales out front in the winter months! . For those who love LONG beach walks, it stretches for MILES east toward Bucerias and beyond to Nuevo Vallarta (now officially Nuevo Nayarit). Or spend a memorable beach afternoon at one of the other playas nearby (both La Cruz & Bucerias) with their colorful beach vendors, shade palapas and restaurants. Playa Manzanilla, Bucerias and Playa Destilideras (15 min drive or bus ride) are some of our favorites. Casa Kaeli’s fantastic pool is everyone’s favorite; and many guests spend MOST of their time in it! The pool is HEATED in the winter months. The casa has enhanced high speed internet, an 85” TV screen complete with sports channels, movie channels etc. There is a full size washer/dryer, a/c in all bedrooms and off-street parking space. Convenient digital locks on decorative metal screened doors provide easy security, and still allow ocean breezes to waft through the casa. This turn-key vacation house has everything you’ll need for cooking, grilling & serving meals, working remotely or simply enjoying life in the tropics! This is NOT your typical beach condo rental experience. Instead, a Casa Kaeli stay will feel like you’ve arrived at your own special home in the tropics… with the things you would want to have around you as you relax & rejuvenate, or entertain friends or family. Housekeeping services are twice per week, and can be arranged more often if you’d like. We can also arrange for cooking or massage services “en-casa”, as well as specially curated stays (including day trips & special restaurant nights out) according to your wishes; Girlfriend Getaways, special Mother/Daughter trips and Guys Fishing/Golfing weeks. Please note: all reservations made for high season (Nov - April) are non-refundable if cancelled less than 60 days before arrival date, UNLESS TRAVEL should be restricted because of a pandemic or other gov’t mandated reason. People planning vacations to the tropics do so in advance; the only refunds given after that late date are IF managers are able to re-rent any of your reserved nights, or if travel to this area from your home airport is not allowed. Guest access You’ll have the entire 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath main house with large heated Infiniti pool and beer/wine garden all to yourselves! If you’d like to accommodate more than 6, the separate palapa studio apartment may be available (when added to a reservation for Casa Kaeli, four adult couples can be accommodated in 4 separate bedrooms, 8 guests total). The romantic palapa apartment is gorgeous, and a nice private respite (even the terrace is unseen by guests in the main house, and visa versa. It was a pretty kitchen, sectional sofa, queen bed niche & tropical bathroom with walk-in shower & an ocean view! All this beneath a dramatic soaring palapa roof with oversized colored glass chandelier. The oceanfront terrace, with grill and built-in sun worshiper’s lounge, runs the length of the apartment, overlooking the Bay of Banderas, from Bucerias and Nuevo Vallarta, Puerto Vallarta and beyond. Stunning night time dining views overlook the jettys and new Faro Grill restaurant on Playa el Tizate. When available, this palapa studio “Casita Suzy” may be rented for $175/night. It is included at no additonal fee when a reservation accepted for 8 adults.
