Private bedroom/bathroom suite in charming home blocks from historic downtown Littleton and the light rail to downtown Denver. Semi private living room and shared kitchen. Animal lovers a plus as we also share our home with a dog and some cats. Door keeps pets out of your space. You will have your own private bedroom with a queen bed, small chest of drawers, and closet space; as well as a private full bath with tub shower. The front living room, full kitchen, and laundry room are yours to use as well. We have a large number of board games, books and some puzzles to keep you entertained. Our house sits on a double corner lot with lots of yard for you to enjoy. We have a sunny south facing deck and a covered porch with lots of comfortable seating. You may also use the BBQ grill if feeling inspired. Mary and I both have full time jobs and will be home nights and weekends. We will interact as much or as little as needed. We are happy to share tips about the area and local attractions, and perhaps share a meal or two over wine and conversation. We will be sharing the kitchen and the front door with you. There are cats living here so if you have allergies or do not like animals this is not the place for you. We do keep the animals out of the guest room and guest bathroom, but they have access to the living room and kitchen. All are very sweet and love attention. This is a quiet neighborhood with friendly people. There is a small park a block away, and a light rail station about a half a mile from our house. It's about a 20 minutes ride into downtown Denver. We are also walking distance to historic downtown Littleton where you will find shops, restaurants and pubs. Jakes beer garden is a favorite if you like craft beers, and nothing beats the food at Smokin' Fins. We are also close to C-470 which will easily connect you to routes leading into the mountains for hiking or skiing. The light rail station is about a half a mile away. It will easily take you to downtown Denver for shopping or entertainment, as well as to Union Station where you can catch a train to Winterpark or The Gleenwood Hot springs. We have had some wonderful experiences renting on Air BNB and hope that we can do the some for others.
