This cozy ski house is SHORT-TERM RENTAL PERMIT: 2025 STR-0129 It is across from the Lake Placid Olympic arena, Olympic skating oval, Lussi 1932 skating rink, and close to restaurants and dining. It is 200 yards from Mirror Lake and the start of the IRONMAN race The house is old and simple like your grandmother’s house with four small bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms (with the addition of a new half bathroom in January 2024). The access to Lake Placid is unparalleled. The space The house, with its four bedrooms, a full kitchen, dining room and living room, allows you to stay in comfort in the heart of the magical world of Lake Placid Olympic village, surrounded by the beauty of the Adirondack mountains within minutes of world class skiing at Whiteface Mountain. Guest access Guests can access the entire house: four bedrooms, a full bathroom, dining room, living room, mud room and kitchen. Other things to note The Charges include a $300 fee for cleaning and sheets and towels. Guests may bring their own sheets and towels if they wish and will be reimbursed $100 of the cleaning fee. Linens can also be changed for longer stays for an additional $100 each time.
