The space The Hideout is a Four Season Resort Community: 24 Hour Security, Gated Entrance, Public Utilities, Central Water and Sewer, Clubhouse, Lodge, Campgrounds, 250 Acres Of Pristine Woodlands, and a Dog Park. Lake and Beach areas do remain open all -year-round - No lifeguards on duty** THERE ARE A FEW STEPS UP TO MAIN LEVEL OF THE HOME ON EXTERIOR AND ALSO STAIRS LEADING TO THE LOWER LEVEL OF THE HOME. IN WINTER DUE TO POSSIBLE SEVERE WINTER WEATHER CONDITIONS IN PA, WE DO SUGGEST TRAVELING IN A 4-WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLE IF POSSIBLE. THE DRIVEWAY DOES HAVE AN INCLINE, SO PLEASE PROCEED WITH CAUTION PULLING IN SLOWLY. ALSO NO CARS ARE PERMITTED TO PARK ON THE STREET OR THEY WILL BE TICKETED. Guest access Entire home and community amenities; including pool, tennis and basketball courts, game room, gym, on-site restaurants, playground and more. 6 pre-paid guest passes for the pool are provided. Children under 7 do not require a pass. Other amenities may require a small guest fee (gym, indoor sports, golfing etc.). Pool, Beach, outdoor basketball, handball and tennis courts and playground included for free use with included guest. *PLEASE NOTE THAT THE POOLS ARE OPEN FROM MEMORIAL DAY THROUGH LABOR DAY. Clubhouse offers a variety of dining options for dining at the Clubhouse (inside or patio seating), as well as take-out. Weis Supermarket is less than 15 min drive from the home. *SOME AMENITIES ARE SEASONAL; SKI HILL & POOLS ETC. Other things to note PLEASE READ HOLD HARMLESS WAIVER - THE GUESTS ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THERE IS A SINGLE OVER SINGLE BUNK BED IN ONE BEDROOM AND THAT THE TOP BED IS ACCESSED BY A LADDER. NO ADULTS PERMITTED TO USE BUNK BEDS. GUEST USE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK AND WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MISUSE OR INJURY. NO SMOKING OR VAPING IN OUR HOME. IF SMOKE IS DETECTED a $500 SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED NO EXCEPTIONS. Parking pass is required for each vehicle entering the community and will be available at security office at community entrance. Identification and car make/model info needed by security to issue parking pass. Only amount of people booked on reservation are permitted in the home. No exceptions. ***ALL GUESTS MUST CHECK-IN AT THE PUBLIC SAFETY OFFICE (MAIN GATE OR NORTHGATE ENTRANCE TO GET PARKING PASS TO DISPLAY ON THEIR VEHICLE. RENTAL PACKET MUST BE PICKED UP AT THE MAIN GATE.
