A modern and well- designed home located in the Neversink area of the Catskills. The Tiny House has been updated with high-speed 200 Mbps wifi and a separate landline. There is no cell phone service in the immediate area. The house is a short drive to some of the best hiking trails in the area. Enjoy walks in the woods, country drives, or relax on the deck overlooking the pond. 3- night minimum stay. We require our guests to be 24 and over. Maximum of 2 adults. No pets . The space The location of the house is ideal. It's tucked away and quiet, but not too secluded. You are sure to see some type of wildlife on the property such as deer, turkeys, rabbits, or groundhogs just to name a few. A number of popular hiking trails are a short drive from the property such as Red Hill Fire Tower and Denning Trail. The home is in immaculate condition, very clean, spacious and all furnishings have been recently purchased. Maximum of 2 people. No pets. Our kitchen is fully stocked with spices, oils, pots, pans, cooking and outdoor grilling utensils. Additional items are a toaster, blender, salad spinner, percolator, French press, coffee bean grinder, tea kettle, drip coffee maker and filters. Tiny House will also provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, fluffy towels, and a blowdryer. Enjoy listening to our eclectic record collection. Other things to note The Tiny House now has fast speed WIFI. The house also has a landline that you are free to use for local and long-distance calls within the U.S. and are welcome to receive incoming calls. Guests will be able to check themselves in using the keypad code given early on the day of arrival. The house has electric baseboard heating on both levels and in the bathroom. We require guests to be 24 and over. 2 person maximum. No pets.
