Large Downtown Room - Long term stays welcome!

Available beginning Jan 2025 for a minimum of one week stays (discount for renting by the week or month.) Room is NOT available to individuals during Cornell graduation (May 22-25, 2025) because the entire house is rented as a whole for that weekend. The space THE MANOR: The Manor is not a hotel or designated rental, it's my home. I hope that you will feel right at home, too! My goal is to ensure an excellent Ithaca experience, whatever that means for each guest. I welcome diversity. NOTE: Although the house is quiet, the neighborhood can be active! People bothered by noise or dusty old houses; this may not be the place for you! Located near the Green St. Fire Station (you can look it up on a map to assess the distance to places you want to go). 5 min drive to either campus, on city bus route, and only 4 blocks from the Ithaca Commons. Very close to many gorges, parks, farmers mkt, movie theater, nightlife, shopping, library and more! Free on-street parking. OCCUPANCY: The Manor has 2-3 guest rooms. Host lives in house Guest access Large sunny room; furnished on third floor of completely renovated 3 story house. Third floor sitting area (shared with 1 other Airbnb guest). 2nd floor bathroom and kitchen used by you & 2 other guests. Nice yard w/ grill, firepit and yard chairs. Owner lives in house on second and first floors and can tell you all you need to know to enjoy this great & diverse town! During your stay The host is available to answer questions, help you access all there is to do in our beautiful town and occasionally provide rides.
