Perfect for families, couples, or solo travelers looking to relax by the beach in a cozy rustic villa with modern comforts. 🏠 The Yellow Villa is a single floor rustic villa with modern touches, featuring 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, full stove, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, pots, pans, cutlery, and more). Bath and beach towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper are also included for your comfort. 🍖 Guests can enjoy the shared BBQ area with 4 grills (first come, first served) ⚓ Boaters & Jet Skiers welcome! You may anchor your boat or jet ski right in front of the complex and keep it in view at all times while staying on the property. We also allow you to park your trailer inside the complex as long as it does not exceed the size of a jet ski trailer. Please note: trailers must be parked only in your assigned parking spots — you must not take other spaces or leave it elsewhere inside the complex. 🚫 For jet skis or boats: flushing engines, washing, or doing mechanical work inside the complex is not permitted. 🚗 2private parking spaces.
