Highway 31 Cabins #3 is a pet friendly one room cabin, sleeps 4, conveniently located on US 31, 10 minutes to Manistee & close to Ludington. Close to rivers & lakes for fishing, swimming, kayaking, snowmobile trails, hiking & biking trails, Big M, North Country Trail, cross country & downhill skiing, wineries, farm markets, Little River Casino, golfing, just six miles from the sandy shores of beautiful Lake Michigan and Nordhouse Dunes. The space *Built in the 1940's, cabin #3 sleeps 4 people w/ 1 double and 2 twin beds. *Has SMALL bathroom, remodled shower, toilet, and sink. *Table, 3 chairs, tv w/cable, fridge, microwave, plates, silverware, coffee pot. No kitchen. *Linens, towels, body wash, and shampoo provided. *Propane heater & electric wall heater *No AC, two fans provided *No WiFi. Verizon & At&t have strong signals. *Outside: 2 chairs, picnic table, private fire pit with grill grate, bbq tools, & roasting sticks. *Firewood available on site for a fee. *DOG FRIENDLY for a fee of $20 PER PET, PER NIGHT. **NOTE:** Max 2 large, or 3 small dogs in the cabin. Non aggressive breeds only. Dogs must be kept off bedding, kenneled when unattended, and on a leash when outside. *This cabin sits in a semi-circle formation with our 6 other Highway 31 Cabins vintage, roadside rental cabins. The cabins are private and do not share any common spaces. Cabin 3 sits in between cabin 2 and Cabin 4/5. The cabin is located on US 31, which makes it convenient to travel anywhere in the area, but also allows for road noise. Guest access No contact check-in is available. You have the whole cabin, picnic table, and private fire ring. There are no shared spaces. Other things to note **PET POLICY: $20 PER PET, PER NIGHT Non-aggressive breeds welcome, per our insurance policy. *Dogs must be kept off furniture and bedding. *Dogs must be kenneled when left unattended inside the cabin and on a leash at all times when outside. * The cabin has well water and is safe to drink, but if you're used to city water, bringing your own drinking water is recommended* *No Wi-Fi or air conditioning* *No tents, pop-ups, RV's, or vehicle tents allowed. *Our cabin comfortably accommodates 4 guests. Additional guests are $50 per person, per night, & must be pre-approved & paid through Airbnb.
