Guest access Our reception hours are from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm, during which our team will be available to assist you with any needs, from activity recommendations to organizing excursions and transportation. Access to Punta Allen from Tulum is via a coastal road that, although picturesque, is mostly dirt and can be challenging, especially in rainy conditions. This route, which stretches for approximately 42 kilometers, offers breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea and the jungle, but we recommend high or four-wheel drive vehicles for comfort and safety. This tour, although it can take about 2 hours, is part of the unique experience of reaching such a remote and preserved destination, where nature is still the protagonist. Other things to note Because of our location in a nature reserve, we ask that you prepare your adventurous spirit and enjoy the unique experience. Limited internet access, a slower lifestyle and a deep connection to nature. In accordance with our sustainability policy, we have solar energy. We also ask you to bring biodegradable repellent and sunscreen. It is suggested that guests arrive before 8:00 p.m. because the Reserve's dirt road is usually slow. ***IMPORTANT*** DUE TO THE ACCESS CONDITIONS, TAKE TIME PRECAUTIONS, THE ROUTE TO ENTER THE RESERVE IS DIRT. THE HOTEL IS 42 KILOMETERS AWAY, BUT IT WILL TAKE APPROXIMATELY 3 HOURS BY CAR. We suggest the public bus service for stays of more than 2 nights, since due to the conditions of the road it takes almost 4 hours to get to the hotel. You can take the bus from the Tiburones Rojos Taxi Union in Tulum Centro. Check-out time is 1pm **only departure** and check-out time from the reservation to Tulum is 7:30am**only departure** If you need more information, you can write to us and we will gladly provide you with more information.
