Direct access to the beach. El Cuyo is far away from noise, traffic, crowds of people and all the toxic atmosphere of the big cities. It is a small fishermen village of 1,500 inhabitants. You will find a beach with the white sand of the Caribbean and the calmed water of the Gulf of Mexico. This peaceful, harmonious, quiet, calm village invites you to rest, read, meditate, share time with friends and love. People from all parts of the world come to kitesurf. The space You have direct access to the beach. Please be aware that children must be under supervision at all times. Watch your step everywhere. The floor may become slippery with rain and its normal use. There is an independent entrance to your apartment and is through stairs. Guest access The common areas are: parking, stairs, sunroof, corridor to the patio (where the outdoor shower is) and the patio. The common areas are available only to guests with reservation. Other things to note Maximum occupancy for the apartment is 2 persons. There is an energy charge for stays above 13 days. Must bring exclusive indoor sandals. Apartment facilities are not for children. Trash can is in the parking. There is an energy charge of US$50 dlls per month for stays above 13 days. Tap water is not drinkable. 20 liters of water will be provided only once for stays longer than 10 days. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. Early check in, if available, will be confirmed by message one day before arriving. When you are not in the apartment disconnect and turn off lights, blender, coffee maker and microwave. Air condition available from 10pm thru 8am. Do not forget to turn off the switch in the water heater once you have used it. Use the cloth lines to dry the bath suit, towels and wet clothes, please do not use the bed or the furniture. When coming from the beach, wash yourself at the shower at the corridor before entering the apartment. Cleaning services and change of towels and sheets have an extra cost. $10 and $15. The internet connection is not so good, please be aware that it will be enough to send and receive messages from social media, but not for office work, video calls, games or downloading movies or e-books.
