The little blue cottage by the Sea

A fresh, dreamy cottage on 1.6 acres in the heart of Brackley beach. Minutes from the national park, or a canoe ride away for the adventurous sort! We purchased and renovated this cottage six years ago. This cottage has it all. Tucked in 3 km off of the main road, the quiet road leading up to the cozy forested lot assures you that you won't be bothered by any fast-moving cars. A large, sturdy canoe is available for your use. Water access is about a four-minute walk from the end of the driveway. Friendly and close neighbours abound, but the forest provides privacy. The cottage itself is a split-level sanctuary. It is dreamy, cozy, beachy... everything a beautiful space across from the ocean should be. A large deck with a BBQ and patio set is just off the kitchen. There is a full washroom on the main floor and a half washroom with laundry downstairs. There is a double loft bed and a twin bed built into the wall on the main floor, and downstairs is a queen bed and a double as well (in the same room). There is a sofa bed in the living room.
