Tere’s Studio

The space This studio is located on the second floor of a house right in the historic center of the city. It has a direct access to charming Plazuela de Mexiamora, a traditional, pedestrian-only, plaza with benches and a fountain around which one can spend relaxing moments after visiting the other attractions Guanajuato has to offer. This is one bedroom studio furnished with queen size bed, a full equiped kitchenette, one full bathroom and access to a balcony overlooking Plazuela de Mexiamora. Plasma TV, satellite TV service, Internet WiFi are provided. Access to the studio is through a nice spiral staircase. A large terrace with panoramic views of the city can be used with permission of the owner. In the immediate vicinity (within 600 feet) you will find renowned places such as the three Teatros (Juarez, Principal, and Cervantes), the University of Guanajuato, and the city's main plaza, Jardin de la Union, where you can enjoy the music from bands, mariachis and coffee and desert from different local business, if you so desire! We truly believe this studio offers one of the best locations in the city, being so close to all the main attractions, quiet and easily accessible For a small additional fee we can pick you up at the city bus station or at León Internationl Airport.
